Phat Nguyen is a respected real estate leader, community advocate, and the driving force behind one of Florida’s fastest-growing teams. He is the Founder and Team Lead of Team Affinity at LPT Realty, which he co-founded alongside Julie Phan with a shared mission to serve families, uplift underrepresented communities, and create generational wealth through homeownership.
Together, Phat and Julie have built a culture of excellence that closed over 142 transactions and $70 million in sales in 2024 alone. Team Affinity specializes in guiding first-generation, foreign-speaking, and underserved buyers through every step of the real estate journey, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, trust, and education.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida and a Florida resident since 1993, Phat began his real estate career in 2014. His dedication to service and results has earned him recognition as one of the Top Agents in Greater Orlando and a recipient of Orlando Real Producers’ Top 35 Under 35.
Phat also serves as the Founding President of VNARP Southeast, where he leads efforts to empower Vietnamese-American professionals through mentorship, education, and leadership development. He holds additional leadership roles with AREAA Greater Orlando and VNARP Southeast, advocating for fair housing access and increased visibility for the Asian-American community.
With Julie Phan by his side, Phat continues to build more than just a real estate brand—he is helping lead a movement that opens doors, creates lasting opportunity, and lifts up the next generation of professionals.
